Was having this connection building conversation with a new girl last night, and there were probably 2-3 awkward silences over the 2 hour conversation.
I didn't panic or anything, it's only natural to have a few over a long conversation, but what are some ways you deal with them?
I was thinking of new threads to talk about while she was talking on one thread, but I think I could have had her elaborate on things, and share more about them. The conversation went well over all, she was laughing, qualifying herself, trying to relate us two together often, laughing, self touching, talking about things we could do in the future, fidgeting with things in her hands etc.
But how do you deal with the silences? I just slowly looked to the side, and came back to her, or kept looking at her calmly, I kept the connection building going and really stayed relaxed, used touching, lingering touches, facial expressions, and slow smiles, so I did fairly well staying sexy and not harmless/nervous.
