Having seen you post for a few months now, I can't help but think that maybe you're still too outcome dependent.

It's like, you seem to be doing everything right on a technical level, but you don't deeply believe in yourself, so you're still trying too hard on an emotional level. Like when you're in set, are you thinking, "alright I'm in set time to do <x> and <y> tactics" or are you just enjoying the moment?

Maybe for now, the problem isn't your amount of skill per se. It's just that you don't believe in yourself on a deeper level. Try to cultivate that feeling and deeply internalize it. Meditation and eating correctly really, really helps for this.
