Go talk to more girls in the environment, when you're having more fun you barely notice and when you have more options you don't care. The more hot girls you talk to over the course of your life the less it will affect you so start talking to hot girls a lot.

Warm-up by talking to friends and other girls.

Apply the three seconds rule.

Be compassionate to her beauty: it is fragile and won't last long (10-15 years ?), and may make some aspect her personal development harder for her (why should I work hard if I can have everything I want by asking men).

Consider the real merits of what you see. Is she hot because young and protected from everything by mummy and daddy ? Or is she responsible for her hotness by working out everyday, and showing own good taste in makeup and dress up ?

Happens to the best of us. It's hard to NOT put this on a pedestal. Think of it this way, Beauty is something you either have or not. What makes her different from other girls besides her looks? Think about that.

It's a result of scarcity mindset; imagine if you were constantly surrounded by hot girls, this wouldn't be a problem right? But since talking to hot girls are relatively rare to you, you still get distracted by it.

Ditch that hot shit. Sure she's hot but that doesn't mean anything more than a pretty face. Idk what you're into but I think personality is better than face so in my head it's always " what do you have going on for you besides your looks"
