The only negative is that it can fuck her up mentally, fuck you up mentally, or cause a hindrance on your mentality or hers.

I got out of a long, fucked up relationship recently,

Obviously there was chemistry and sex and good times. In addition to that there were bad times. Obviously you played a primary role in the bad times.

I can tell you what I think it is considering that I have lived through what you're going through.

She is still very attracted to you. Nothing will stop that. The sexual chemistry is probably really good between both of you and you fucked her well in the past.

When you you spend a week or more of time completely separate from this girl, she will get excited and wet from seeing you again. I think that the majority of the excitement and wetness that she gets is due to these historical things:

Both of you had good times as a couple. You treated her well and she was happy in your arms. That's what pops up in her mind.
You fucked her well and she reached some level of ecstasy, which is why she wants to fuck you again.
Relationships are a bitch for women. Having to find a new guy that meets X and Y criteria and makes her feel A and B. Meanwhile, you're right there in front of her.
Some of the down moments of the relationship also increase attraction because of the emotional roller-coaster. The fact that you cheated on her hinders you in some aspects and benefits you in others in terms of attraction.

That's because you're valuable as a guy to her. Back when I had a blue pill mindset I read about a girl describing alphas and betas. She said that she knew that the beta wouldn't fuck her over, but that wasn't enough. She said the alpha guy came with very good qualities and also came with some bad qualities that could or would fuck her over, which in combination were better than the beta that simply wouldn't fuck her over. So she would take that risk to be with the alpha.

It's very similar to when you look at a gym bro who you know is spinning 4 plates through blue pill lenses. He looks like a typical douchebag that can't appreciate women and hurts them emotionally because he spins plates.

Look at it through red pill lenses and you see a man that is simply living his life the way he wants to. He has made a choice to have many women over one woman. He works to attain great physique. And he obviously has qualities that women see in him for which they consensually enter into a non-monogamous sexual relationship.

You look like the worst piece of shit to some people. Even if we removed the cheating entirely, it takes seconds for people to spin some reasoning and place you in that category of shit people. In reality you have good and bad. She obviously sees the good and bad. She obviously enjoys the good.

Some of why she fucked you is because all humans to some degree understand that sex is simply sex, and that sex is good, and that the rest is all the baggage that we pile on top of sex. On a very primal level I can totally see myself fucking a woman that completely fucked me over and enjoying the very core sex aspect of it. Not the sex itself, but the fact that I am having sex.

The negative is still there. It's what I mentioned at the start of my post. The day to day risk is very small, but the chance of the risk occurring within a month or two months time is nearly 100% unless both people are actually completely alright with the setup that they have, and no one will develop any mentally fucked up things because of it. Good luck with that, because as it looks to me, she seems like a prime candidate for getting emotionally wrecked. She could be fine, but it could wreck her emotionally years down the road.

Because she's a girl, and she wants what her feelings tell her. I stated a bunch of main reasons as to why she likes you and wants you. This is the same shit I had to deal with. I had no doubt that she wanted me and loved me and everything. I had extreme doubt that her feelings would stand the test of time.

One thing that I can tell you is that you can create a buffer zone in between plate and relationship by being exclusive fuck buddies. Unless you fucked someone else in the past month and she knows about it, then it seems that she is more ok than most girls would be to you fucking other girls. That could be because she's naturally like that, or because she's getting some as well. Then there would be no point of that buffer zone as you have passed it.

I personally would bet that she has at least gone out on dates at the bare minimum. When I was in your situation, the girl lied by omission through her teeth and played stupid. I wouldn't expect anything different from yours.

For the sake of your conscience.....this is one of those situations where you have to do the right thing.

The way you write, you seem as though you could care less about the situation. But the fact of the matter is that you still have consequential feelings for this girl (if you didn't have feelings for someone you classify as a LTF immediately after a breakup, you'd have to be [borderline] sociopathic), and it's going to fuck you up in the long run.

I've found that it's possibly to be platonic friends after a LTR, with a great deal of effort. But as long as you continue sleeping together, it will always be messy.

You have to let the girl initiate the post-breakup communication. If you contact them first, you've just weakened your position. Go silent. Then give them the notion they have competition now (real or imagined) in getting you back, but be vague. Then quickly get to the subject of them coming to see you. Don't waste too much time being chatty friends. Make sure they know the rules are communication leads to sex, or ends because your time is too valuable.

Complete break, eject for an extended period of time (long), then consider later on. Bang enough women to lose emotional connection to her.

I don't recommend it because if you're thinking about it, you're unlikely to be able to pull it off.

Stop the madness. Leave her alone and move on. Find some new plates. You're gonna turn her into something evil and that's something no one wants to deal with..a... jealous hateful monster who will do anything to keep you (scheme etc) and ruin your life.

This is what I'd call a high-risk strategy. It will work ... until it doesn't. Personally I'd advise you to pursue something else.

I only demote an LTR into this situation when she's fucked me over via some form of disrespect.

Long story short, I broke up and went ghost on an LTR who basically asked me to get on my knees and beg forgiveness etc for alledgedly cheating (did not cheat).

She allowed me to treat her like shit for the following 2 months thereafter until I beta backslided into oblivion and broke things off once more.

She ended up getting an orbiter to her down to my place to give back my iPod and called saying she was outside my house... After speaking to her in my garage, I ended up fking her for a good 2 hours whilst the orbiter was sitting outside in the car waiting for her flashing his lights on and off + calling her constantly until she switched off her phone.
