Chances are, you aren't misreading the signs of interest. But I'll say it's still close to a 50-50 from my perspective, because you haven't provided a more thorough context for your interaction with her.
Did she, on any occasion, see you DHV (Demonstration of Higher Value) yourself recently? e.g. An on-stage performance, excellence in sports or academia, Pre-selection. If yes, then it's likely that she's got her eyes on you.
Secondly, how long has she been with her boyfriend? Women cheat, and they cheat more often than a morality-driven man like you would imagine. If she's been with him for a while, and he's an AFC, she's probably looking elsewhere for some sugar.
