Now hear me out. I'm working on fixing it but wondering what it might be the cause for. I always tried to see women in a platonic view, not, holy shit, that ass or tits. Been raised as a white knight and that shit ain't quite right.

Anyways, went to the supermarket, practically gazed on a few women who were just hot and had curves but every time I stared with sexual intent, I get this rush in my heart. I think it's sexual tension and it's almost unbearable. Like anxiety that I'm about to get caught staring and face backlash. I don't know the reason for it but some times it feels great, other times, I feel horrible.

Maybe the brain doesn't know what I'm doing and trying to protect me? I'm becoming more open sexually and physically than before but it's still a tough road for a man like me. Any help on easing this? I know it'll show up every time but can it quiet down, lower itself to easy levels or dial it back?
