1) go up and say excuse me, hey whats up

2) are you enjoying your day today, finally good to be out of winter

3) you look cute today, i like your outfit. looks like you're all set for the summer.

4) so do you work close by?

5) get the number and peace out.

PS: when doing this maintain eye contact at all times, smile and be laid back (by that i mean dont be anxious or stiff around her).

I do this all the time. Go straight up to her, focusing only on getting her full attention. I usually tap a girl in the shoulder from behind, hold eye contact with her until she basically asks me to say something. Then I say, "I thought you were adorable so I thought I'd meet you."
