In the same boat, and I think the problem is that I never really make a move with girls in my social circle due to peer pressure. Now it's kinda like I'm asexual or an enigma to a lot of girls I see at those parties, I'm sure they find me weird. I'm funny, average looking but not that bad, outgoing etc and I'm sure some of them expected me to approach them at some point and I never did, and now I don't allow myself to approach more girls when I'm at those parties because I know I'd be under scrutiny. Advice is try your luck elsewhere, go and approach outside of your social circle to be able to remove bias etc.

If you can do a woman laugh then it is a good start, maybe you need to be more "sexual". Try to make "dirty" jokes or use more kino. For example once I had the following chat with one girl:

Girl: Ohhh my computer is so slow

Me: Heheh this is what happens when you visit adult sites

Girl: Aah I don't like these redtubes and etc

In this little chat I talked about a "dirty" thing, you don't need to be extreme and say things like "lemme put my c*ck in your mouth" but sometimes you can try to change a bit to a more adult topic and see how she reacts.

You can apply simple kino by holding her arms when you talk something to her or try to put your hands over her knees when you want to call her attention. I believe by doing simple things like that, she may start to observe you with other eyes and if she doesn't want to have something with you, you'll discover it in the very beginning like not being able to make her laugh or to hold her backs while you conduct her to someplace.
