I'll copy what I wrote in a previous post... Practice practice practice, once you get good at eye contact you soon realize just how good women are at it and how poor men are overall. Its a great thing holding eye contact long with her, the fact you hold it exudes a certain level of confidence to her. But don't be a creep, when they break, then you break. You always always make sure they break first, but after they do they'll typically take a peek back, so don't continue to stare cause then you'll just look like a total creep.

During conversation is also very important, only break when they do AT FIRST, but further in make sure to show them a few breaks mixed in before going back to only breaking when they do.

While making eye contact here are a few clues... If a girl looks down and sweeps the floor she's attracted to you. If her eyes move down and towards the right so down/right (or your left) she is thinking about a feeling she's having at that moment.... Also a very good sign she's attracted. If she looks sideways not a bad sign either, could signal interest but not the slam dunk I mentioned in the previous 2. The worst look is one over your head, if you make eye contact and then she looks up or over your head she's not interested. Just some good hints on eye contact.

With the eyes it's always important to move slow and methodically, never look away quick or dart your eyes. Being smooth and cool with your eyes during a conversation is very sexy to women. Practice the more you do it the better you get and the more fun you have with it. I was always personally horrible at keeping eye contact now I'm a smooth criminal.

What I do, is especially when I'm in a public situation like at a restaurant. I tend to find a cute girl and the key here, is to deliver confidence. I'm a pretty confident guy, I like what I do in life, I like my body because I work out, I love my family and friends, and apparently girls find me hot (what my girl friends tell me) so I'm happy and that makes me naturally confident.

So I just look at a girl at first at her clothing like I dont really care or am looking at what she is wearing. Then I make direct eye contact but I deliver what I am feeling; 2 things...1: I don't really give a fuck, I look at her like I would look at anyone else, like at a lion at the zoo. 2: I reinforce number 1 with confidence and DIRECT eye contact.

She does one of two things at this point. Either she stares back which is the green light for approaching her. Or she can look at you and away quickly but she noticed that you were looking (staring) at her. That's when I look away and don't even care about her. After maybe 45 seconds to a minute I look back and usually I can see that she makes quick short glances at me but I just make direct eye contact again and it works out almost perfectly because you will notice her giving off signals; hell, a couple times a girl even approached me.

I remember Rsdmadison pointing this quickly out in a video. Basically the male equivalent of 'anime' or 'bambi' eyes. You have to hook and build attraction right away. Kino isn't required but goes a long way. Hook, frame the interaction as man to woman, then slow everything down and keep intense eye contact. It's 20% eye contact at most that gets you there.
