26 year old guy livin' with the rents too. Of course trying to move out as soon as possible. But I've kinda put all this pickup stuff on hold for fear of the time when I have to say I live with my parents.. lol

I feel for ya man -- it sucks.

I know this might sound lame, but go out and do some scouting in your car. Drive around your town and check out places you could take a girl after a nice night out.

There is this hillside overlooking my town and I've boned in my car twice there. Some girls might even think of it as voyeuristic or romantic as well.

Honestly it shouldn't matter. It didnt to me, like i mentioned in another comment, i gpt laid the most when i was 23, living with my parents, no licence cos i lost it (but i did have a full time job). I went out every weekend, and when i did hook up, i went to the girls house. Girls never cared if i told them i lived with my folks.

1) search reddit for the 100001 times this question has been asked and read the answers. 2) You are the only one who truly knows your situation. You know where you live, who with, their schedule and permissiveness (assuming parents), and if its a problem, what your physical setup is like, your level of game, what is around you, what it will take for you to change your living arrangements, etc. We don't. Even someone in a similar situation can be in a different situation with different options. Figure this out. 3) There is always the woman's place.
