If a girl is boring, just walk away. Find someone else that's fun to talk to. Don't force yourself to be with someone you don't like, even if they're really hot.

Find ways to challenge and tease. If it doesn't come naturally to you, practice for YOUR fun and not to see if she will find it fun. Making sure that it's fun for you is what is most important.

Of course, just don't offend girls or people in general on purpose.

Sometimes it's best to question them until you find out what they are interested in or attached to.

You take an active interest in their interests, which in turn makes them feel like they can open up to you.

Then you get to understand what that person really is like. If you just label them as boring after 30 minutes of talking, you might not be giving them much of a chance to open up.

I think it's fun discovering what type of person a person is in and of itself, even if their interests don't necessarily mesh with yours.

Then if you're still bored, move on.
