Online daters, how do you get a girl to trust you enough to meet you in person?

I must admit i'm having similar problems with tinder. Initially, we'd chat for a long time and i'd make them laugh and they seemed to really like me, but then at some point they'd just stop replying! (I guess they must have about 50 other guys messaging her at the same time and some were better looking)

Then I read that you are supposed to arrange the meet/get the number early on in the exchange, but in my experience this really scares the girls off! ''Woah! We barely know each other! I don't just meet strangers!'' sort of thing.

It's like tinder is no longer a hookup app but an app for girls to get validation and just chat/be entertained.

It might be a factor in that I tend to go for very young girls who are maybe worried about meeting up with some guy from the internet? I don't know...

I get more success in real life. Tinder has given me no joy

I'm chatting to a GORGEOUS teenager at the moment (i'm 29), and SHE OPENED ME with a chatup line, and I STILL can't get her to meet!! lol

Really? That's weird. I find that the quicker I bring up meeting in person, the more likely she is to meet in person. I'm not much of an online dater, but I do use Tinder, and this is just my experience

Snapchat has worked for me. Get her to add you on snapchat and upload cute or interesting things to your story. Sometimes she'll send you a snap in response to your story, other times you'll have to send her a personal one first. I find it makes you seem like a real person to her, making chances of going forward a little easier!

That's odd because If I don't try and get her # or get her out after a couple of online messages, she will just give me her #.

Work on your messages and responses to her. Ask her out or for her number after her 2nd response to you. (This is for the OP, not a general rule.)

Wrong mindset. You should be asking yourself "how do I know if this girl is worth meeting out?" Ask her questions that if she answers incorrectly you tell her your not interested. You have to have standards. Would you go out with a girl who accepted any date she possibly could offline? I hope not. That's is what most guys essentially do online. They take anything they can get and it comes off that way. You need to be more selective so she understands you are genuinely interested in her. Always ask yourself how would you feel if the situation happened to you. 30 women messaging you for dates and all asking you to hang out in the first 10 messages. It will give you perspective and allow you to see your mistakes so you can improve.

Phone calls and Skype are really good for this. Don't try to talk for too long online. Get her number (or her kik if you have to), then suggest Skype or call her. If you gave an iphone, FaceTime makes this much easier. You want to get personal, and that's hard to do by just reading words. The last woman I met on Tinder it went Snapchat to Kik to Skype.

I live in a college town, so maybe my experiences are skewed but I have had lots of Tinder success. Typically, after we match - I initiate the conversation with "Hi!" or "Good Morning!", nothing fancy. The conversation needs to be light and playful - I try and focus on things in her pics that I like and bring them up. Tattoos, piercings, their pets, their accessories, etc.

I try and talk about hobbies and interests, about having fun and the enjoyment of meeting new people. I also make it obvious early in a conversation that I am physically attracted by straight up telling them, "I think you are very pretty!" or "You look really cute in your pics!". Make it obvious early, if they ask how you are, reply with "Great! Just relaxing, talking to this cute blonde I just met (her obviously)".

Small talk kills interest. Talking about work and the weather or whatever just comes across as really blah blah blah. Ask her questions about herself that are not yes/no questions. Get her talking about what she likes to do. These girls are looking for interesting men that like to have fun, not something too heavy right off the bat.

I never ask for their numbers either - at the end of our initial conversation I will give them my number and let them know if they want to continue talking they need to text me. "Well it was nice to meet you, my number is xxx-xxx-xxxx, I don't get notifications if you message me on Tinder so text me if you want to chat!"

If they text you then there is an almost certain chance they will meet you, so just ask them! "You seem like a lot of fun! We should get together soon!". Assuming you haven't come across as needy/creepy the deal is done. I get "Sounds fun!" most the time as a response, just pick a place and go have fun!

I get a few good jokes in. After a few 'hahaha's then they're much more agreeable. Also, I've suggested breakfast dates and girls like that uniqueness and I suspect also the daylight.
