Focus on one skill/concept/area at a time.

So for example, do 10 approaches where your main focus is eye contact. Then do 10 where the main focus is touching her off the bat, then 10 where you're focussed on loosening up and being playful, and so on.

This is the best way to build up your skill in my experience.
