First thing, DON'T go on the date with no money. You'll look like a cheap ass prick & sound like a whiney cunt making excuses to a girl you don't know as to why you can't manage yourself well enough to afford a few drinks. It's a poor showing.

Here's a better idea...Can you borrow a small bit of cash? Friends? Familly? You don't need much for this idea... Look for a park/local beauty spot nearby, buy a bottle of wine or prosecco. Message her, tell her you've had a change of plan for the venue, don't tell her what where etc, keep it mysterious... meet her near your park with a rug, 2 plastic wine glasses & a bottle, reveal you're having an impromptu wine-nic at a place you 'hold close to your heart'... have a walk, have a drink, spend little money and still get her panties round her ankles.

Problem solved.

Just be honest man - You aren't a poor homeless person, you literally just had to pay a shitload of bills off. If she's that interested in you she might come out afterwards or change her plans. If you can, get her to a park, grab some bottles of wine and get her wasted there.
