This is what works for me all the time. I did this a while back to a girl working in American Apparel. I walk in to the store straight up to the person I think I find attractive and tell them right up "I don't want to buy anything but you caught my eye so I wanted to come and say hi". If you say it with confidence and you tell them right away your not a customer you break away from the professional vibe straight to the personal one. From there either she continues to talk to you for a bit and you can grab her # and setup a date or she has the ability to turn you down then and there and move on with her work.

Usually I don't do this there are good reasons why...

They get PAID to be nice to you, therefore, I'm indifferent most of the time. How would you like it if some random not attractive chick was trying to game you at a store? Just let em do their job, very little they can do in response. Not saying you shouldn't do it, but just talk to em normally lol. Neg

I know how you feel. I work with a female who outta nowhere has started to rank me... your number 15th friend number 11th secret lover etc etc... then came it doesnt matter how old you are... then she sees the same movie as i did, but wouldnt mind going again... 😊 Now she walks up as says you know you like me once or twice and i reply with a smile followed with her reply Do i scare you? Geez and this all while working...

Run a lot of attraction: Tease and banter, kino, roleplay, future project, etc. If you are fun, they shouldn't feel uncomfortable or cornered.

Practice the ability of conversation transposing. Find ways to change the subject matter to something personal. I like to throw the bait in the water, and it depends if she grabs on to it or not. ''Hey, I need your help with something.. yadda yadda. Interesting, we don't have these from where I am from, I'm from LA''. She either ignores this, or if she is interested she will question it. ''Oh wow, what are you doing here'' To which you must further delve into your personal live and question hers. Transpose from Professional to natural.

keep in mind I am also very new in the game and I am having difficulties displaying my intention right away, I feel more comfortable chosing the safe and subtle route, as opposed to straight up 'hey, you are cute'. Because rejection is far more emotionally hurting by taking the second route, though I degress, it is also much more rewarding and more striaght-up and to the point, more genuine and ballsy.
