So I've been in Cyprus on holiday for the last little while and on my last day this happened. I was pretty proud of myself for it so here we go.

We (My family and I) went up to a mountain to have a look around and sight see, almost as soon as we'd walked over to the little bunch of shops I saw this hot blonde girl wearing super short shorts. Made eye contact (She was wearing sunglasses but in all the instances of 'eye contact' it was obvious she was looking at me and vice versa) and I think the first time broke it after a few sec, keep walking round as this girl and her fam move on a bit. She turns around a bit, cue second instance of strong eye contact, this time I didn't look away till she did (At this point I was thinking I should approach, but obviously I didn't). This happened again quickly after while her group moved away from the shops and further up the street. Keep in mind all of this happened in ~5min.

Fast forwards ~5-10min and my family and I walk up the way the girl went, I spot her in one of the couple of restaurants and think I've blown it and got no chance now. We proceed to keep walking for a short time more when my dad asks me if I want to have a meal up here. Clearly I'm game so I can try and see that girl again.

Get into the restaurant and my brothers choose the table conveniently behind theirs and so that me and the girl can see each other across the tables. As I'm coming in we make eye contact again and smile at each other. While at the table I make eye contact with her periodically. Sometimes till she breaks off and giggles, sometimes shorter.

The Approach:

Her family got up to leave, we were still halfway through lunch. They walked out of the restaurant before I had the balls to get out of my seat. I was thinking, fuuck I really need to talk to her the whole time. I said to my mum, "I'm just going to go talk to someone" and got up. She looked back at me, I waved, she slow led down then stopped and faced me. I said hi and can't remember what else, she said she was leaving and they were on a busy schedule. I said ask your parents if we can have 5min. Go over to the parents, say hi and make small talk with them. They're chill with it and then we walk off.

No kino yet, just walking with her and chatting a little. Sit down for a very short time then keep walking and chatting. Convo was just teasing and banter really. I used silence A LOT though, she would generally pick up the convo. At one point I get her to hi five me and she lock fingers with me, good sign. At that point I grab her hand and continue walking.

Escalation:

Somewhere a little more private I stop walking and turn her to face me. Let go of her hands and tell her to take off her glasses, then I take a step closer to her, simple as that. She puts her arm round the back of my neck and bam, make out.

Note: I kept eye contact the whole time she was facing me and chatting in and off the whole time.

I think I broke off then kiss again short time later. Second time I got a little handsy because I know I'm not going to see this girl ever again and want to escalate more. I could feel her hands just above my ass so I move mine up the side of her leg, pushing her short up and feeling her panties. Also grab her ass slightly. She says she really should get back to her parents and go, but said "It's hard to leave when you look at me like that".

Anyway so we walk back, quick kiss before she leave and I go back to my fam and continue on. The actually interaction with her was ~10 min or guess. Maybe slightly more. Build up was maybe 15-20min.

TL;DR Strong eye contact + approach netted me a makeout with a British babe while I was with my family
