The basics, the very foundation of PUA comes down to three things;

1) Approach. This is your main goal. Period. If you are going to have any kind of success with people, you have to be able to approach. Im not talking about golden openers or magic one liners; just go up and say "Hello."

2) Escalate. This is where a lot of people fail and fall into the friendzone. You have to be able to escalate things to an intimate level. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

3) Close. The definition will change based on the situation, but you're focus here is ending the interaction with some type of closing: #-close, k-close, f-close, etc.

Assume attraction. She'll let you know if she's not feeling it, don't decide for her.
