What did you learn from RSD programs?

Check out the blueprint decoded. I learned more watching that vid than I did reading a shitload of seddit posts.

Like physical coaching? Totally worth it, because you can get dirrect, unbiased feedback. If you're talking about videos and books. No, you can get that for free.

Blueprint is probably worth your time. Blueprint is a little dated, and is basically fundamental concepts that have been incorporated into their other teachings (the free ones). If you've watched (and paid attention to) their free stuff, I can't imagine getting much more out of their paid video programs.

For me a real in person hotseat was absolutely worth the money. There is a little bit of in person drills, and getting detailed infield footage broken down was exactly what I needed.

Whether or not it's worth your time and money ultimately depends on your personal opinions, financial situation and your motivation.

Of course you could probably learn everything offered in the courses from googling things and asking around, perhaps even from this sub. The catch is that it takes time, energy and dedication to find good answers to your questions, and sometimes you may not even know what to look for.

An RSD course is basically a nice compilation of strategies, tactics and helpful tips learned through the involved training and classes. Obviously it costs quite a bit of money though, but you'll more than likely learn more, faster.

I never did it, but I can almost guarantee it isn't worth your money. You're better off paying for a hooker

If you lack unconditional self-esteem and internal sense of self-worth, because of traumas and shitty/unsafe childhood environment, people try to fill that hole in their soul with logical sounding replacements. Nowdays people rather mutilate theirselves with surgery and hormones than reconnect to that total sence of self-acceptance we once had.

I'm not enough as myself, but if I own ten cool supercars, if everyone pays attention to me and if I have ten thousand tinder matches, then that must mean I have made it. Our egos need those logical reasons, numbers, comparizations, because it cant process unconditional self-love.

But in reality those temporary superficial replacements never work and external validation and approval never last. Just like junk food will never give you the true satisfaction of living addiction free life.Only way you return that rock solid feeling of self-worth, self-esteem and love for life is to do it yourself and to reconnect into that perspective from within.
