If you simply do these 3 things, you'll never need to worry about false rape allegations:

Don't lay her the same night you meet her.
Make sure she has not consumed any alcohol when you have sex the first time.
Spend a little time with her immediately following the first lay. Don't fuck her then immediately vanish, kick her out, or fall asleep. (You can do those things on subsequent lays, but not the first lay.)

As others have said, try to create a trail of evidence (text messages or recordings) which indicate consent.

The morning after is the key time of possible regret where she may decide it is time to cover things with a claim of coercion. You want to send a message or two her way to let her know how great things are to keep her sweet (and hopefully get a frilly message or two in return as evidence).

Finally, as in all things TRP you must maximize SMV. She will be less likely to make a false claim if it will be a point of pride that she was railed by you.

Honestly there is no way.

However, there are some things you can do to defend yourself.

A) Send a "Did you have fun?" text in the morning. The girl should say yes and it will hold up in court.

B) Have a witness. Roommates, friends, anyone who sees the two of you hanging out. There was a guy who beat a false case because someone saw the girl all over him in a bar before they left.

C) Video tape. This is actually illegal, but its less severe than a rape case. Having a hidden camera might get you some jail time, but its a good last resort that will spare you from years of prison and stress.

Police here cannot charge you simply becoz "the other person" lays charges, (individuals do not 'lay charges' here, the Crown does) they need some "objective" evidence,, not just the complaint from a person

i think you should record audio with your phone. it's not strong evidence unless she outright fabricates something.

however, the more alpha and the more association with you confers social benefits, the less likely she is to accuse you of rape. the less she regrets it.

so:

be alpha
don't allow her to establish frame
audio or video record
do a good job in the sack
don't make her feel bad after
send her a "hey i had a great time tonight (or last night)" text to her, because if she responds positively after, it's some small amount of insurance.
