This doesn't add too much here but I've got a smile I always do and have done. It's pretty easy for me. I just need to change up my eye contact. Fucked up not too long ago and got all creepy eye'd and scared a girl off. No contact afterwards. Lol you live and learn.

If you try to force yourself to do something that doesn't come naturally while making eye contact(like forcing a smile) the girl will see that you're trying to put up a front, and that's what's creepy. Be in the moment.

'Staring' is great, especially in a low light situation, because the brain is subconsciously reading the dilated pupil of the other person as a sign of interest. I also use gazing to work out if people like me through their eye dilation, it's reasonably effective if you can test it out. I find that the dilation occurs one or two seconds after first eye contact.

I, too, find it hard to smile, and it almost always looks forced. Unless I am laughing, then its real.

So, with a mirror and some practice, I learned to put on something I call the "James Bond Smirk".

Simply said, its a once sided smile, a smirk. I also learned to tilt my head when doing it, and to also use my eyes.

You can practice all of this in a mirror, and find the best smile for you.

And yes, a genuine smile, no matter what it looks like, is better then anything forced.
