Hey Blueeyesboi, great job on approaching! The Average amount of approaches you are going to want to do is at least 1 per day everyday. When you go out to "Pick Up", Approach 100 girls. Go to a Mall, beach or university in the middle of the day. To see massive results, you should be approaching 7 girls in 15min ;). I've approached thousands of girls trust me I can relate. Here are my Mindset Key tips to help you out:

Mindset 1: Realize that you are an attractive man and that women want to meet you.

Mindset 2: Attraction is in Behavior not looks

Mindset 3: Forget about what to say it really doesn't matter practice on how you say it.

Mindset 4: Make sure you are taking more action than you are analyzing and thinking.

Mindset 5: Always always have fun and have self-awareness.

On approaching: Go up to a girl smile, put out your hand and comment on in item clothing that she's wearing in a BOLD way. Your shirt it's so black... I love black". Spike Her emotions with something Random or funny, gauge her comfort. Start talking bout things that are similar to you. Once you notice 3 IOI's (Indicators Of Interest) Aka hair playing, smiling alot, asking you questions As her for a date, then once she accepts she will give you her Number. BAM! Good for you man. That's the right attitude. I've taught hundreds of men irl how to approach women, and I've never seen a guy that once he had the basics down not able to get at least 1 out of 10 attempts right. It might take you twenty tries, but you can do it. The odds only get better with practice.

This is assuming you have good body language, grooming, eye contact and vocal tonality. You don't seem like a nervous wreck and you try to number close every attempt no matter what.

As the saying goes, "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take". That's the right attitude; easier said than done for a lot of people however ;)
