There's alot of attrition in each stage as you progress from number -> day 2 -> lay / relationship. It's part of the process.

If you're not having fun, I'd look at ways of streamlining picking up so you minimise your costs (emotional, time, etc). The alternative is to go MGTOW for awhile.

Good. That means you're at least being bold and going for the approach and then the number. But as others have mentioned, women give numbers out like candy. You can take the flakes personally in the beginning but pretty soon you'll recognize a solid number from a flaky one and even though you'll call them all its not gonna bother you when a 20 year old girl you chatted with for twenty minutes doesn't hit you back.

2 thoughts: 1) Keep going. Keep gaming. Keep trying to find women you connect with. Try to get the number just for practice and because maybe some flaky numbers will hit you back but be more focused on trying to make a connection. Am I being real and honest with her? Am I putting the most attractive version of my personality on display, being vulnerable with no hesitation? If you connect with the girl when you do that great, that's how you get a solid number. If you do that and don't connect or don't even do that at all then you're going to get a ton of flakey numbers which you can't take personally.

2) next time you go out, don't take any numbers unless you leave the club with a girl. This will force you to learn how to pull. It will be ugly but if you have 5 long sets you try to pull I guarantee you'll learn more than 25 short sets that end with flaky numbers which only discourage you. So try to get her to leave with you. Your apartment, her apartment, or post-venue activity (food, New venue, etc.) don't even think about trying to get the number unless you can pull her somewhere first. Do that for 5 nights and let us know how it goes.

Maybe try something different? Maybe you're being to clingy or boring. Change up your style. Doing the same thing over and over won't help if it's not working.

If you experience consistent flaking then the issue is usually something you fucked up earlier in the process, with the most common causes being either lack of sufficient attraction, lack of trust or lack of personal and social value. Analyze your game and find out which one you fail at.

I don't get dates with every number close I've done, but I've found that instadates help. And don't think about sex much. When you're talking to the girl, find something about her you like, or think is funny. Then you'll actually seem interested in her, and not just her vagina.

Learn empathy (or at least how to fake it convincingly). Slow down in your sets and throw some "I know how you feel" shit here and there. It's great that you're doing so many approaches but let's be real, you and I never had much fear to begin with, so it's not really a massive journey of overcoming fear but really just that our minds are wired differently. You're applying your work ethic to the wrong area since approaching is easy and connecting is not. Raising your mood up and meditating did wonders for me. Girls are very good at picking up your mood and if you're in a good state, you'll get better results, trust me. That and slow down, cut down on the aggressive shit and try to understand how the girl is feeling. That's my 2 cents.

Girls hand out numbers to anybody, even to guys just so they go away. If they even suspect you're a PUA you will get tossed into "that kinda guy" bin and forgotten. You will have to be a bit more genuine than that. Girls want to meet a guy that they can tell their girlfriends about the next day.
