How would you pick up a girl at a University and seduce her without having to spend money on a date and without having a private apartment/place for yourself?

Local park or coffee. Either always go over really well. Another is school-sanctioned events. I find the park is usually the best result. I don't like spending money on girls, so I usually go the coffee -> park -> [potential bar] -> close route. If she sparks my interest enough, I'll pay for her coffee. I never pay for her drinks unless she buys me one first.

I went on a date a little over a week ago and we got coffee, then went to a local hipster faire thing (I'm by no means hipster; in fact I hate hipsters, but she was one and was really chill, so I took her), then back to her place for a "movie she really wanted me to see".

I think I spent like $3 on the coffee for me and $2 on hers. $5 is pretty much nothing and we both had a great time. She also bought me food at the faire thing, so it was pretty much broken-even.

I live with family, so my house is off-limits 99% of the time. That makes it tough for us, but not impossible. You can always go to her place if need be.

Find something cool to do around uni or on the campus like checking out a building, park and then escalate slowly and get touchy and find a bush together where you teo can hide and make out and stuff. Make it like an adventure. :)

Meet her on campus for coffee and hope she has a place of her own she invites you to. Or you can uber to locations, but you mentioned not wanting to spend money so dates on campus are really your only option.
