I try to keep details as concise as possible. Basically, whether male or female, I can't help but get facial muscle twitches trying to smile, and a constant, unconscious movement that diverts my gaze. I honestly feel like I've smoked too much weed, and find myself having an inner monologue of "Umm, why is my lip shaking? Great, now you just looked like a fucking moron to that cutie. NO! Don't look away!"

On all other aspects, I feel confident. I've started leading the life that I want to lead, and not giving a damn what anyone else thinks. In the past six months, I've learned a second language, quit my shitty job and found a better one, and begun eating healthier. Gym activities will commence when the pin is removed from my shattered clavicle and the doctor says I'm good to go, but I've always been fairly active and in (at least decent) shape.

I can't necessarily say I have TRP to thank for that, since I only found it a week ago, but it's confirmed that the path I chose was indeed a positive one. Regardless, you've taken the time to read the entire post, so thank you all.

TL;DR - I know what I should be doing as far as body language is concerned, but my body doesn't let me. How can I "train" my body to listen to the body language I want to give off?
