I could do it. Though Ill have to charge you a small fee so you actually work towards the goal and review your FR etc. See what material you are using etc. Penalties if u dont accomplish the set targets.

You have to start at a level that's comfortable for you and slowly move forward. Going up to a.girl and saying she's cute might be a bit too much for you at the moment if you've only done it once in 2 months and you ran away after.

I'd recommend starting with some sort of indirect approach because it's easier to do and easier to walk away from immediately if your anxiety is too high.

So start with doing 5 indirect openers a session. A good one to start with is the familiarity opener. So "excuse me do you work at the new bar on main street" when she says no just say "my mistake and walk away".

Keep doing this until the anxiety goes away. It will eventually as you'll slowly rewire you brain to see this as normal and non threatening. When it goes away try to carry the conversation forward in a friendly way, it's quite easy to justify staying and talking for longer with this opener, you can say she looks familiar, make an observation about her, ask what she does then if she's not a bar tender etc.

When this feels comfortable and the anxiety goes away try and be a bit more flirtatious in the conversation with eye contact, try to challenge or tease her a bit, tell her what about her you like etc.

When you feel comfortable with this and it causes you no anxiety more towards closing. Just say at the end "I'll let you go now but you should come.for a drink/coffee with me some time because I've enjoyed talking to you"

If the familiarity opener causes you too much anxiety to start with there are other openers you can use to practice with like just asking for directions until you're comfortable enough to try the familiarity opener.

Wanting to be micromanaged is a core problem in itself with your masculinity.

You have a VAST array of free information here and online and it should be fairly simple to assess what you need to do because most of this is simple and just about putting the reps in over and over.

If you cannot do research on your own and formulate a plan, that doesn't bode well for your long term success. Everything you need is right at your finger tips in a variety of ways (articles, posts, videos, podcasts, books etc.) and many of those resources give you a step by step guide.
