I just went through my own transformation myself. Here's a little advice: Educate yourself on health.

This includes both nutrition and physical fitness. You want to understand how food reacts in your body. How much to eat and when to eat it. I prep all my lunches on Sundays - protein, veggie, carb. If you fail to plan, you plan on failing.

As for the gym, learn about form and progression. Learn how to exercise safely so you don't damage your body. Start slow with low weight until you work your way up. Coaches and virtual coaches on YouTube will really help.

It takes effort and work, but the transformation for both mind and body are worth it. Women liking your new look is an added benefit, but my personal motivation is to just be the best human I can possibly be. I only get one life, and I want that life to be the healthiest and happiest and only I can make that happen.
