1. Let go of the need to control everything.

A huge downside to learning and practicing game is that many men (including my past self) fall into the trap of believing that it enables you to control specific outcomes, and women.

And although there is an element of control in game, this control is really just an ego-created illusion that comes from a place of fear and need/scarcity.

Because the ego loves to feel and to be in control. It is afraid of rejection and it does not like the idea of 'trusting the process', of letting go, because doing so would mean you risk getting rejected and not get what you want.

But here is the deal: you cannot possibly control another person without their consent. Mainly because you are not them. All you can really do is influence them.

And if you really think about it, it is pretty creepy to try to control other people all the time.

2. Nobody can approve or disapprove of you.

Because other people are not you.

Nobody but you experiences your life the same way you experience it and they cannot relate to every single detail and every aspect of your existence.

Therefore, being too dependent on the approval of others or letting the disapproval of them dictate who you are as an individual is futile.

3. Understand what letting go means.

Most people think letting go means to either ignore, deny, reject or suppress something.

This is false and actually very harmful because all it does is it gives you a temporary quick-fix but does not really solve the problem. After all, what you resist, persists, and what you push away compounds within your subconscious mind.

Here is what it really means:

Basically, to let go means to let be, to stop labeling, to stop trying to control, and to stop being so reactive to beliefs, emotions, or thoughts. You allow whatever it is that comes up to arise and to go away. Be it a negative belief, a negative emotion, or negative thoughts.

Of course, this will feel unpleasant but, this discomfort cannot kill you.

4. Become aware of who you truly are.

You are not your self-concept. It's literally just fantasy and non-existent.

So what are you then if not the self-concept that you made up?

Consciousness. Pure awareness and presence.

This is who you truly are. It is where your ego/your self-concept originates from, within every belief, emotion, and thought arises, and what makes you feel whole and complete in your own right.

Go to this place of pure awareness and presence as often as you can and you will be unstoppable.
