While i have to confess i am still learning the ropes. but this has proven to work most of the time. lets say you are texting a girl you like, you invite her to go out and she gives you the silence treatment by not texting back.

here is an example:

you:hey jen

her: hi!

you: lets get some coffee some time, how about tuesday?

*silence or left as seen

what you can do is send her a message where you acknowledge her silent rejection after a couple of hours or the next day:

example:

you: ill take your silence as a no, take care

most likely what will happen is that she will either text you back and give you an excuse on her ghosting, lash out at you or still give you the silent treatment.

example:

her: im sorry i was busy (excuse goes here)

from what i can take from this is that you polarize her by acknowledging her silent rejection and walking away from her
