It means the same thing in any lingo. It's a psychological term.

It's the implications, or subtext, of any particular line of communication or interaction.

Imagine for example that you are talking to a girl as if she already wants you. That's your frame. Now she may say things in attempt to shoot you down or test you or even outright reject you... all of these things are aimed to break your frame. If you just continue to act as you were, regardless of her responses, that's maintaining your frame.

It means "Point of view" or reality. Maintaining your frame is not letting someone else change your point of view...or reality.

It's your reality. What you believe in. What the world and the moment is inside your head. It doesn't affect just yourself, but everyone around and specially women, because they look to guys for leads on how to judge and react to situations.

If you're calm, she's calm. If you believe approaching her is right, she'll believe it's right. If you believe it's fine to have casual sex, she'll believe it too. If you believe she is/will be attracted to you, she very well will begin to. If you believe you're awesome, she'll see it, too. But if you think what you're doing is awkward, it'll be awkward. If you think you're being creepy, she'll think you're being creepy. If you believe she's out of your league, she'll believe you're out of her league.

Even if she thinks something is awkward, you should pass the vibe of "no, it isn't", and she'll follow you soon enough. It's only awkward if you think it's awkward. It's all subjective, and what you think of it is more important than what she thinks of it, because you're the fucking leader of the pack.

It's like herd mentality, people laugh when others laugh. If everyone starts running, you start running. If the leader of the pack loses all hope, the pack loses all hope, but if the leader is confident, everyone in the pack feels safe. Be the leader, and be confident, and others around you will feel safe. Be fun, and they'll have fun.
