A guy worth his salt won't break up with you just because you're bad in bed, if he really cared about you then he'd work with you to help you get better.

I can't give you country specific advice but guys are pretty much the same everywhere. Dress nicely, look your best, be friendly, be flirty, and if you like a guy then drop hints. Only have sex if you want to, and don't feel ashamed for wanting it. You're not a slut for being horny, you're just a normal sexual human being and to deny yourself that pleasure is a disservice to yourself

Go to a bar. Stay at the bar (as in the part where they serve the drinks) and men will make conversation. Pretty easy IMO.

I'm leaving with other Italians from the same uni as me, and they are 3 guys. Would this scare off a potentially interested guy?

You'll get approached less if you go out with guys. Find a couple of gfs to go out with.
