Doubt you need a coach. Your life sounds like it sucks. Sorry if that's blunt that is the truth. So the only women you're gonna attract are off the wall horny ones who can't get any other dick or women who's life equally sucks. You need to forget about women and focus on developing a lifestyle that's attractive first. Get styled up, get a group of friends, hit the gym, join social clubs etc. Women should not be your focus rn. Think to yourself, why would an attractive women want to be with you rather than a better dressed and more social guy? There's no reason. Know your value and take care of yourself first.

Diet, excerise, research and learn about different personality traits( learn about yourself), STOP JERKING OFF. Read read read and not only read but read out loud (it allows you to become more comfortable and confident in the tone of your voice). Approach and talk to as many people as you can daily. BREATHING TECHNIQUES ARE VERY IMPORTANT. Good luck bro

There's like 50,000 things to learn. Most of it needs to be learned through experience. If you have money, you can hire coaches to shortcut that.

I disagree with most of everyone's advice here.

My advice is to start approaching immediately. Day 1. Watch some infield of Sasha Daygame, James Marshall and Liam McRae and Tom Torero on youtube. And start approaching on the street as much as possible.

All the rest, you can work on. But WAITING to work on all the peripherals (diet, exc, etc) before approaching is just unnecessary.

Why do you want to get laid? It's because of your desire, social pressure you feeling or curiosity?

If these three reasons are your problem try paid sexual services. After that you will see that there is no point of speeding things up. Your life will suck nevertheless (sorry for inappropriate sincerity) Do not let anyone tell you when is your time and focus on yourself and try to be happy.

And you have not lost buttload of sexual time. You can easily catch it up.
