No, so just don't argue. When you argue people get defensive. Dale Carnegie talks about this in "how to win friends and influence people" and I wish I could find the whole thing for you but here is a quote instead.

Stop worrying and argueing about politics.

They are a total scam invented to give you the illusion of being able to change things and have your part in the powergame and distract you from what's really going on and who really is your enemy.

This is especially true with the endless two-party circlejerk established in the US, but applicable to the whole world.

Feminists and SJWs are just another useful tool in this whole charade.

The key in discussions like these, second to not getting involved, is proper framing. You cannot use logic, but you can use rhetoric. You need the hamster to do the dirty work for you. If you are in public, give them enough rope to hang themselves with.

Example:

You: Hey, men and women are equal right?*

She: Of course.

You: Then isn't it odd how we 'need' quotas? Surely these strong independent women do not need our help to rise to the top?

She: Patriarchy bla bla bla.

You (if in public): Isn't using the victim card a cop-out? It's been 40 years since feminism. Women are just as capable as men. Stop whining and do something useful instead.

You (if private): Still playing the victim I see. Why don't you use that energy to achieve something?

*Note that this premise is not necessarily true - in this example it isn't.

With women you either win all arguments or lose arguments. If she considers you as higher value than her you will always win any discussion, no matter if you're right or wrong. If she considers you as lower value than her you won't even convince her that the sky is blue.

Why do you give a fuck about what your sister thinks of you? She should be ashamed instead for supporting feminism. Always remember that your value is much higher than hers. Don't let her, your parents or anybody else convince you otherwise.

On a side note, I don't even think she's a feminist , but simply bringing up the topic causes her to regurgitate certain things she's heard in the media.

This is basically how feminism (or any other trend, product, or ideology popular with women) works.

You should understand that what a women says in response to anything anti-feminists is merely a reflex to a belief that she has already assumed as fact without question.

You should strive to defuse her notion that "you're a threat" by being stern yet calm. Stick to your guns but do not raise your voice. Look bored and detached, maintain a relaxed body posture. Pretend you’re talking to a five year old, because most women when discussing feminism are the emotional equivalents of five year old children. If she’s getting angry and upset, that’s because she’s looking to get a reaction from you. Don’t give it, the satisfaction she gets from getting under your skin will only “prove” that you’re just an ignorant creep.

A few people have reviewed the facts in extreme detail to disprove a lot of feminist myths but if no one wants to listen, being female & empowered, or male & enslaved/scared to speak out, what good will it do?

It won't stop the lies.

It won't change the laws.

Knowing the truth lets you choose to protect yourself. That's it.

The only "win" you get in an argument with a feminist is to make them avoid arguing with you in the future. You can do this by proving them wrong but it's almost impossible to have a logical argument with an illogical mind. You can do it by showing a lot of emotion and making them uncomfortable enough that they won't bring the conversation up again with you but this usually makes you look like a tool. My favorite way to do it though is with amused mastery and trolling. Let them know that nothing they say makes a damn bit of difference to you and that they are wasting both of your time. This makes you look like an asshole which is fine with me.

The best course is to avoid an argument with them but sometimes it can't be helped and sometimes the audience needs to hear that there's an alternative view point out there.
