Have a friend (F) who I see regularly, suggested we go get a drink tonight on Saturday, no actual plans/commitments made. Sent a text today at 4 "drinks at xyz at 8?".

No response, but she's been active on social media so I've been blanked or forgotten. She is a bit notorious for this.

I just want to know how to "respond" now, at 8:30pm, to best express my disappointment without sounding like a bitch, being passive aggressive, or going over the top or dramatic.

My instinct are leaning toward, "never mind then" and the like, but that's PA.

Then I'm also thinking of "if you weren't interested, just tell me" or something of the like.

Or may just an eyeroll emoji or an ellipse, though I don't think that would make her feel guilty enough best elicit my feelings.

This would've been the first time we'd have hung out together 1 on 1. We are usually pretty flirty (especially physically), and I was considering escalating if the 1 on 1 vibes are good.
