Use your intuition/gut feeling to distinguish mental gibberish from actual truth.
No. We know that intuition/"gut feeling" is a terrible method of reaching conclusions that are actually true, on a purely psychological level, and this shouldn't be the primary method of coming to such conclusions.
Self love is whatever your natural state is and accepting/embracing it.
I disagree. If my natural state is misery, I'm not about to embrace it. Real self love, IMO, would be recognizing, accepting, but then taking responsibility for growth and change.
If you admit to being a boring individual, that's when you’ll become an interesting person
If that admission inspires you to take action to become interesting. Simply being honest about being boring is not inherently interesting, nor does it suddenly make your career, hobbies, social circle, etc. magically more interesting.
When you do this, you’ll notice a sense of inner peace
Tell that to a person actually suffering or who has a mental illness and get back to me. This type of woo-woo buzzphrase nonsense is silly and unproductive, in my humble opinion.
Authenticity flourishes in all areas of life: business, love, socialization, sexual intention, and so forth...
I have no problems with this statement, only all the context preceding it.
This is why you'll find many women in relationships with men who treat them like less than shit: women will tell you "at least he's honest".
There are many other factors that contribute to this going well beyond mere honesty. Rapists are "honest" but that isn't admirable.
Nice guys are in a constant shadow, they are not congruent with their thoughts and actions, and this is why many women find them creepy or cheat on them. Examples: hesitation, not voicing their opinions, being too nice to avoid conflict even though they want to stand up for themselves.
This is spot-on, but will not change merely by accepting this as their "natural state. It changes by recognizing and then taking action to do something about it.
Truths are subjective and are constantly changing
In some cases, maybe, and even then this directly contradicts a handful of your previous points.
Your intuition will be able to distinguish the difference between something that is absolutely true vs something negative that is most likely not true at all.
This is flat-out, on its head, demonstrably false information.

I'm not sure about the "embrace the negative thoughts" thing, care to add something?
I do feel like I'm battling my inner self, that's a great description but at the same time I feel great trying to change myself to become a better version of me
How does embracing a thought like "you're not good enough for this for her for that" helps me have more confidence in myself ?
I meditate(d) a bit, I think my headspace is pretty good in terms of how I view my thoughts but I still experience that battle that you are talking about and it can be tiring...
Like the other guy said, I like some of your ideas, not all of them but good text overall thank you!

How does embracing a thought like "you're not good enough for this for her for that" helps me have more confidence in myself?
There are two ways to approach a thought as "true". You can accept the contents of your thought ("Yes, I suck, I'm a failure, gg, qq"), which doesn't seem terribly healthy or productive. But you can also simply accept that you, as the person you are at this time, had that particular thought. And while it definitely arose from within you, that's no reason to assume it must be you.
I have no idea what OP meant, but that's how I process self-negativity.

S/O to NWA! Great advice.
Also, anyone who says AR doesn't have talent doesn't know where to look.

There are a lot of truths in this post that I've discovered on my own through meditation. Lots of good info here that need only be applied for results. Good job op
