I am good at flirting, talking, making girls laugh, eye contact and all that... but I completely suck at flirty touches to make things more seductive and escalate.

Any advice how to start getting better at this, and what are the easiest/first techniques to try with?

This is especially relevant during daytime situations (coffee shops or university for example). I know how to do touches in nightclubs and noisy places.
