Every time someone says to me "even though you're socially-slow and suck balls at everything, here's something that will help, follow this guide." I then check the guides and some of the earliest information I find in X or Y material, or guide, or link is this:

  • Social status is crucial, you should be well-known, witty, and connected
  • If you don't have that, money is the next best thing

It's "alpha fux and beta bux" all over again. The same thing that led me to hate myself and dispel any notion I ever had of meeting a special someone. Yet, this is the same thing taught in guides that are supposed to "help." I want a guide for disadvantaged men or guides that avoid materialistic angles, true or not. I'd even pay for that... point it out.

But all i get instead, are links, sites, and books that talk about social status, and career ambition even if it's just one chapter. Every single guide and link anyone has ever sent, has mentioned the duality of social status and ambition/money; you should either have one, or the other. The implication there, is obvious.

Why should this knowledge be "helpful"? Everyone suggests "Book of Pook" which has several parts that read, "social status or forget it; in fact, women would rather share a popular guy 7 or 8 ways than give your low-status ass a chance" and this is supposed to help? As if "high status" is available to all or "anyone who tries"?

Where does this leave a socially disabled man who can't have a career? I don't believe it's "pay" or "Foreveralone" I don't believe that. I'm also mid 30s. I can get plenty of dates, I'm sure of it. All I have to do is put myself out there, and they won't care about status or money, I'm sure of it.

I want constructive suggestions instead of "poor genetics" or "why don't you pay?" Today I saw a link about a 3'7" man who went into a restaurant with his blonde, tall girlfriend, and was handed a coloring book and crayons because they thought he was a kid. In a logical cold world rationale--like all the haters around these parts--that man would not be next to a woman.

This stuff shouldn't be 100% impossible, even with a social disability. Even if that means I cannot have any social status, leadership quality, money, or potential in most areas of life. It's a much different kind of disability than the physical kind. Far more invisible. Still, not one to mock, IMHO.
