I'm a white guy(in college) in the U.S standing at around 5'6. Ever since finding/obsessing over information on the Internet, I feel like I have no relationship value. Since I'm introverted and lazy, I have put in zero work towards this (which I concede is the bigger issue), but adding on height just makes me really frustrated. From reading on here, I know mental state/confidence is important, but I don't know how to get to a place where I feel confident in my value to offer others. I'm mentally sabotaging any positive stories (any successful guy is tall, and any successful short guy is handsome/not in the U.S), which leaves me stuck. I know I'm stuck, and fixing my mentality is the first step. How can I build myself up again?

Any stories/PMs about people in similar situations would also be appreciated. I apologize if I'm not within the rules (I checked, and I seem good) and I can always offer more information if needed.
