I've read books like no more mr nice guy, models, how to win friends and influence people, the way of the superior man, as well as reading up on this subreddit but it's come to the point where reading only does so much. What is it going to take for me to finally do it? Do I need to ask a friend to put a gun to my head and force me to fucking do this already? It's like standing at the end of the pool and you know the waters cold but its only cold for 5 seconds until you get used to it but you just stand for minutes. Somebody help me just fucking do this already.
