Well, if she was there and you cooked together, you should've been close, you should've been touching, then you should've been kissing.

The things you want to do to women are the things you should be doing when you're alone together. If you don't, then why would you even try to be alone with her? Ya dig?

When she moves away or tells you to stop, you respect that. If she doesn't, then respect that, too. You keep moving forward until she decides forward isn't what she wants. If it's not what you want, then don't move forward.

You are allowed to be nervous. You are allowed to be afraid. You are allowed to be turned on. You're allowed to feel whatever you want. Just try to focus on your actions though, those are what matter with people.

A lot of men struggle with this. It's difficult to pin point because it's unnatural to be alone with a girl and not know what to do

What comes to my attention is that guys want to know what to do. My understanding is that guys know what to do but the way their actions and thoughts are framed stops them from moving things forward

What I want you to do is simply picture yourself with her; what you would do and how you would feel if you knew with certainty she liked you. That's the only frame of reference you need though there are more potent one's you could have in your consciousness.

I'm not being optimistic when I say that if a girl is alone with you, she likes you. Easy things that people overlook, which give you information about her openness to escalation with you:

Testing her space bubble. Edging into her personal space and seeing if she makes the adjustment to get her space back. Does she move her leg away from yours to maintain distance. And so on.
Safe, non-sexual touches that you could engage in with anyone, even guys. Arm jabs, shoulder, outside of the arm stuff, high fives, etc. Any sort of contact (or expectation of contact like when you put your hand up for a high five) will force a reaction from her as to how much she likes contact with you.
Her reaction to incidental or accidental contact. You can't plan this one, but sometimes you'll bump up against her or something, and her reaction might tell you something.
Overall, it's key that you pay attention throughout this process. You need to be aware of her reaction to you being in her space, or physical contact. It's the only way to know if you are welcome to do what you're doing, or if you should make adjustments.

Flirting is basically showing intent but not being serious about it.

This is why statements like "We're too alike we'd never get along" are so great because it shows interest but then disqualifies it playfully.

You can do this not just verbally but also physically. This is where the term "push-pull" came from. Pull her in and then push her away playfully.

A lot of guides say to steer away from asking to kiss to kick things off, but if i can tell things are going well or even sometimes earlier it seems to work very well. Say you like x about them (be genuine) lean in and say i really want to make out with you right now. I am constantly surprised with the high success rate with this one. I feel like theres at least a baseline of intentions if you make out, then she can be polarized which is what you want

As soon as she's at your place you need to be touching and kissing her. You say "nothing happened" but what you mean is "I didn't do anything."

Why didn't you? You just need to touch her, kiss her, start undressing her. I know it's not easy at first... there's a barrier there you have to break through. But you just have to do it.

Don’t try to “make a conversion” from being friendly to being sexually interested.
