Guys this has been an issue that has been bugging me for a while but I know you'll be able to shed some light on it.

I have always had a tonne of attention from girls (which has probably caused this issue tbh) so I always got IOIs from hot girls therefore it was easy to get with them. However, I've always struggled to approach girls if they don't give me an IOI because I have assumed they are not interested in me.

However, I've heard a lot of guys say that this isn't the case at all. So I have a couple of questions:

1) Are there many girls who will never give an IOI, even to a guy she is attracted to? Like say she walks past a guy she thinks is hot, not even looking at him?

2) Are there some girls that will only feel attraction for a guy once they have been approached by them, and otherwise when they're out an about don't notice guys?

Please go easy on me guys, I'm sort of new to cold approach so am clueless, but will take your adivce totally on board
