Best thing to do is say you came out with a buddy but he ran off with some girl. Demonstrates that you have friends that get laid and then you are immediately making her think about it doing the same thing with her. Maybe she responds to that or maybe she doesn’t but I think this the best thing to say. I use it a lot and it usually defuses the question pretty well.
