Does tinder/POF/Bumble/Happn hinder you approaching?

Guys that can confidently approach women are at an even bigger advantage than ever before.

This is great news for guys that have a pair.

Of course 12 out of the 16 girls ive had sex with in the last 7 months were from online....but I am actively trying to approach more women!

I would prefer to have a 50-50 ratio as opposed to my 75-25 ratio of online vs direct approach, but online is so damn easy.

Side note: I only approach women that I find very attractive and want to sleep with. As a result, my bar game hook ups are generally with more attractive women.

Let's face it, occasionally you meet up with a girl from online, and she doesn't look as good as her pictures. Camera tricks and filters.

You have a much better chance of scoring an attractive girl with direct approach than online dating. The most attractive girls generally are not on tinder, or if they are, it is for amusement, but they will rarely even message you back, let alone meet you.

Online, I get tons of 7s, in person I get 7.5s+ women. And in my mind, 7.5 is when they start to get really hot.

Exactly my situation. Past couple months I just been speaking with so many new different girls on Tinder that I sort of just thought "no need to approach if im having atleast 1-2x dates with a different girl every week...". Though I just approached a random girl last week and that whole "feeling super nervous, but then getting over your fear and just talking to the random girl" felt so satisfying (even if she didn't give me her nunber) so I am definitely going to go back and work on my cold approach game more often now.

I usually use both to approach girls, ever since OKC changed its messaging system (it's basically tinder now) my OKC hookups have went to 0. There was a time when I would regularly hook up with girls from that site. Oh well. IRL game seems to be working better for me recently

Of course it will affect you. The question is whether you are OK with the changes that it brings. Personally, I like the fact that I can match with women who are living in different parts of the city I live in. Who I would never have run into because of geographical constraints. It expands the dating market immensely.

But there is still a thrill in talking to strangers and potentially hooking up with them and everything that involves. So I still go out by myself whenever I get bored.

Not really. It's more the lack of single women in my area. With that a lot of times i do see girls on tinder and if i didn't match with them then i don't make a move. But' i'm starting to realize that maybe that's a mistake because ill match with a girl like 2-3 months after i swiped her

There's no need to ever approach if you don't want to.

Women are more likely to get catcalled than approached. And they hate the former, but Cold approaching, surprises them. They go on Tinder or Bumble because they expect to get matches, with only guys they find attractive - so if you're not, you probably won't get many matches. With cold approaches they don't get to choose, and you control the experience.

Considering it's the middle of fuckin April and a few inches of snow just piled up outside, yeah....these dating apps(mother fucking never ending winter) are really hindering my approaches.

I typically use dating apps year round, but when it's warmer and more people are outside (including me) then I still approach in public. I'm pretty laid back about it though. If I see a woman I really want to speak to during winter even, then yeah, doesn't matter where I am, but typically I'm not that interested unless I can see their body (I.e. Not wearing a parka).
