Good in theory but its going to take a special girl take that kind of pain. Not sure how much you have played but paintball has been the catalyst to alot of fist fights between friends. The best way to help if you go to far is to over warn before you go. Tell her that shit hurts and let her decide. Lighting someone up with a paintball gun is a quick way to incite rage especially if they do not expect it to hurt. My advice, its a mood killer unless she is the military type.

I'd say plan on having fun and don't plan on pissing her off. If you're pretty sure you're gonna piss her off, don't do paintball.

Unless she's a badass or boyish I don't see a paintball date going well. Why don't you get on the same team though? You could be partners in crime, lighting people up and getting lit up together. Still though she has to know that shit hurts.

Be on her team and lead her. If you get separated just shoot her once if you encounter her, don’t “light her up.” Have fun
