In my experience, most older birds know exactly what they want and aren't afraid to go for it. You mentioned she is a co worker = high risk which, depending on the context, could be detrimental to you professionally if she rejects your advances. I'd keep doing what your doing, continue to make yourself an obvious option but let her make the first move

The problem is on her side: on the hypothesis she is into you, would she risks her job for you? The corporate world is very small, if there is nasty rumor, be sure all the companies of her field will know about her.

Of course she would do nothing illegal with you, but people would smile at her, and comment on her back and hinder her career.
