Boss probably doesn't want you hitting on the customers. However, here's the beauty of your situation. You can give girls a quick compliment or an assumption all day long, and the boss will think you're doing the company a favor.

Plus, girls will take a compliment from a store employee everyday of the week and twice on Sunday without immediately putting up defenses, solely because you work there. So you're literally in the best position in the world.

Now...how to capitalize.

First - You: "that looks amazing, did you see the matching [whatever] over here...?" Now you walk the girl over to whatever the matching item is (hopefully the boss isn't walking behind you) and show it to her. Once you show it to her, make an assumption about her to kick off curiosity (see below).

Second - "just need your signature on this copy of the receipt" ...she signs... "oh wait, there's something wrong...." Her: what? "I didn't see your phone number written at the top." She will crack the fuck up on that one 90% of the time. You're welcome.

Now obviously that isn't for when your boss is watching. If she laughs, you're golden. You may not always get the number, but you won't get in trouble. She's flattered that you tried. On the random chance that she seems upset. Say you're kidding and send her on her way.

Pretty much that's it. You can use those two scenarios all day long in a clothing store (just make sure you know where the matching shit is - do your job for Christ sake lol).

I know it sounds weird, but I almost wouldn't want to work in that environment as i'd just fund it too frustrating to be around tonnes of hot girls who I am crushing on, but who aren't into me lol. Would feel like torture. Would prefer to work with a bunch of old dudes in a factory or something lol

I did briefly have a job with lots of hot girls once and I just went home feeling frustrated and depressed each night lol. All the hot girls all wanted the same handsome cashier dude and I couldn't get them interested in me. Sucked! haha

I know a person that worked in retail and had store business cards with his name & number written on them and one time there was a lot of attraction between the two and he gave her the business card. She txt him and they dated. With that little time you have, go make some business cards at a place that makes them for you.“Name of store” “Your name” “Your phone number”. Make sure you make it obvious you find her attractive so she doesn’t think you’re giving this card for future sales. You basically got to be flirty and she’ll know what’s up or you can just tell her you find her attractive or whoever words you use then quickly pass her the business card and just say txt me if the time is too short. Some how you need to this when your boss is not around, if you think he cares. I think eventually you’ll get a chance to do it when he’s not around.
