What? That is far too simple. He actually needs to calculate the number of blinks she made yesterday and add the difference in their age in hours, then divide by the number of characters in her first text to him. This will determine the exact number of seconds to wait before texting again.
Also if she wore red, he needs to send a smiley face, and if she wore black, he needs to send a wink. However if she wore both at the same time, he should send a cute kitten instead.
Finally, to determine the precise order of words, he needs to mirror her most recent text to him. So if her words had character counts of 6, 1, 5, 3, 2, he needs to send words in the order 2, 3, 5, 1, 6. Unless the last number is prime, then he should add 1 and do a Fourier transform to determine the new sequence of characters.
