Here's how a healthy person would phrase this:

Next time, don't fall inlove too fast so you don't get too emotionally attached after one date. When you don't think a girl is your girlfriend, you are less likely to get mad when she doesn't text you soon enough.

By the way, is this your first date or you haven't dated much in the past? This happened to me in the past. It was my first time texting with a girl. She didn't text me after a couple hours so I said some stupid things to her. She replied back that she was just busy and that I was weird for getting mad, and then told me to stop messaging her. I learned to be more patient after that.

this is incredibly disturbing. you don’t own women and they don’t owe you a response. her not being interested in you doesn’t make her a whore, and doesn’t make her deserving of rage. realize that you’re projecting your insecurities and your inability to handle rejection onto women and making it their fault that you’re unhappy with yourself and your life. molding your rage and directing it onto a general people is incredibly dangerous and at this rate you’re going to be so falsely consumed with rage and hate that you’re going to hurt someone for something that isn’t ultimately their fault. you need serious psychiatric help and you need to seek therapy. your rage is misplaced and you’re are developing dangerous potentially homicidal tendencies.

you come off too strong and are ultimately settling for anyone who will give you the time of day. im sure you probably fantasized about the potential relationship you could’ve had with this woman and that’s why you’re so grieved by this completely normal rejection. because ultimately you don’t actually want her, you just want someone. anyone. having such a low bar for your relationships highlights your insecurities and self-hatred, but it also showcases your narcissism that you don’t actually feel you’re at fault for any of your failings and are instead blaming those things on other people (this woman/ your parents) you need real psychological help to deal with these issues because at this rate you will never find any sort of happiness. you will continue to project your insecurities on other people and make everyone around you miserable, and you are potentially dangerous to the women in your society. seek. help.
