First of all--and I cannot stress this enough--you need to deal with your mental health issues. This is a very serious problem that has nothing to do with this subreddit.

You need to get medical help. You NEED to get medical help. Do not wait. Do not say to yourself "I will get over this on my own" because you almost certainly will not. You clearly have some form of depression along with some anger management issues. And depression will do long-term damage to your brain if left untreated. At the very minimum you should see a medical doctor about it. They can refer you to a therapist and help you sort this out.

After a certain point, your brain stops functioning in a normal way. What you are feeling is NOT normal. It's time to work on you first. You can worry about getting laid later.

And yes, I say this from personal experience.

Brother when I graduated high school my mom got evicted and my dads house burned down . within one month. . I was homeless for about 3 years until a friend (girl) i didnt take seriously in school let me stay in her parents basement, with their blessing. 5 years later and i have a stable job (2 years this June) and have the will to start talking to women again . im at the footsteps of creating the life i always dreamed was against me. I believe in you. I believe in the fact that change is the only thing guaranteed. . imo your parents deserve to be disowned by you. . let your anger seethe and use it as a tool to spite them . . I dont condone murder. people do go missing everyday though. Be smart.. Time will put at ease any doubt you have over your choice. .. The tough lesson is that you are the only one who actually has your best intentions. If you dont do whats good for you no one else will.. Cut the bad fruit off the tree.

I have never contemplated suicide, but I have been where you are before.

Right now, you are a victim of your own demise. You need to realize that you have created your reality and create a new one.

It’s a tragedy that you were abused by your parents, but you shouldn’t let that dictate your life and your future.

First thing you need to do accept responsibility for your life. Second thing you have to do is cut all contact with your parents. No phone calls. Nothing.

They are negative figures in your life and they must be eliminated(figuratively) from your life until you can get to a better place.

Lastly, you need to improve yourself. If you have trouble making friends and getting girls, the problem is you.

Become a better person and better things will come your way.

You have the power to change your life.

I recommend meditation. It can heal a wounded mind in ways that mere positive behavior or thinking cannot. I recommend Sahaja if there is one nearby. Heartful or Isha also look promising.

Hey dude, I'm sorry you're feeling like this. I've felt this way before too. Dealing with suicidal thoughts is a dark awful place. You worrying about girls? That's nothing man - don't even fret over hooking up or anything of that nature. You need to focus on you first. Don't worry about them right now.

I can tell you what worked for me. First, there was a subreddit that got me on to a path that got my mind right. I think it was nonzeroday or something like that - but that was just a stepping stone. Some of it is heady and meditation-esque but the ideas learned that got me started were essentially:

Forgive your past self. Thank tour past self. You got this far. You aren't dead yet. You aren't at the bottom of some well with no way out or resources. You fucked up in the past, but forgive yourself for that - you did what you could at the time. You were trying and dealing with shit. Appreciate that version for getting this far at least.
Treat your future self like your best friend. Life sucks right now, I get it. But do everything you can't for that future version of you. Sacrifice yourself for his betterment. Do everything you can for that guy, he needs it. He is your best goddamn friend.
Repeat the cycle. In the future, remember how you were hurting now and yet you did what you could. Forgive yourself for the fault, and praise yourself for the triumphs

You already said some of the steps you're taking. Meditating, therapy, hitting the gym - that is awesome. Praise yourself for that!

When you get your mind right, just google some tips on how to be more social. NOT how to pick up or seduce women. Just how to meet GOOD friends, keep friends, get people to buy in to stuff you invite them too and how to get invited to things yourself. Then, once you don't feel dependent or like you need anyone to validate you (because that is what is hurting you - that need for validation as an individual by other people) you can move on to tips and strategies for pick up.

Until then, be well my man. Be forgiving to yourself. Try your best today for the sake of your future self.

Well if it's a friend you need it's friend I can be !!

I've been through such tough times that most people would call it quits a long time ago, I literally almost went insane at one point but there was light at the end of the tunnel.

When I was a kid I had some "friends" who would bully and torment me for years.I always fought back and ended up getting badly beaten until I cried.Of course things have changed a lot since then.For one thing ,they respect me now and we aren't on any bad terms either.I had issues at home and school as well as certain "spiritual" issues as well but I "Hopefully-Believe" that things turn out great in the end as long as you follow the "rules".
