Okay full disclosure, I just got out of rehab and rehab girls are fucking nuts. I live in an oxford house, struggling to form relationships with girls while staying sober.

This girl I was talking to in the rehab was always super flirty with me, super strong signals, begging to hang out with me after she got out and moved into sober living. So she finally gets out, she calls me and texts me heart eyes saying “I can’t wait to see your face” and stuff. In the middle of hanging out she asks me to take her to her friends oxford house. So I’m like okay whatever maybe we’ll hang out there. It’s a near 30 minute drive but I’m just confused at this point so I do it anyway. During this ride she is still flirty, complimenting me on how funny I am and how great of a person I am. I ask her what friend is at this oxford house and she kinda dodges the question saying “it’s not important”

Then I drop her off, I make a quick move but she rejects it and laughs it off. I leave, realizing this is some other guys house. Suddenly she texts me asking for a way back because she needs to be home before curfew. She resorts to begging me for getting her an Uber because she’s banned from Uber and can’t get one herself. I straight up told her no because she just used me and I was pissed off.

She’s like “you don’t have to help me but can we still be friends and hang out still please” and I told her no, let’s be honest you just used me for a ride. End of conversation.

I feel like shit. I’m the sucker in this situation. I never got played this hard in my life. I’m just looking for some reassurance that it’s not just me. Are all girls manipulative like this?
