I agree with the message but I disagree with your statement.

It's never too late to change, and do something different. Age has nothing to do with it.

I'd also like to add if you sit in your room depressed all day Seduction should be the last thing on your to do list. Therapy and seeking proper help should be number 1. Trying to go after women while depressed (truly depressed) is going to end up badly for you.
